Park House Farm, Torpenhow, Cumbria
6th July 2023
NRM is exhibiting at Down to Earth, an event aimed at livestock farmers who want to learn about regenerative practices, improving soil health, and how to embark on a sustainable farming journey.
Alli Grundy, Agronomy Manager at NRM, is speaking at the event at Park House Farm, Torpenhow, Cumbria. Her topic, ‘Measure to Manage: the Role of Analysis in Regenerative Agriculture’, will discuss the benefits of soil and plant tissue analysis for benchmarking farm status for future improvement, for participation in the Sustainable Farming Incentive, and for adopting regenerative practices and safeguarding the environment. She will also discuss the importance of best-practice sampling procedures for reliable results, as well as understanding the limitations of analysis.
Our services consist of water, soil, manures, fertilisers, and plant tissue analysis, including our CarbonCheck service to help raise soil carbon levels for monitoring soil health, improved yields, and benchmarking for lucrative carbon markets.
