NRM is exhibiting at Down to Earth, a new event aimed at livestock farmers who want to learn about regenerative practices, improving soil health, and how to embark on a sustainable farming journey.

Sajjad Awan, Soil and Crop Nutrition Agronomist at NRM, is speaking at the event at Haselbury Plucknett, Somerset. His topic, ‘Measure to Manage: the Role of Analysis in Regenerative Agriculture’, will discuss the benefits of soil and plant tissue analysis for benchmarking farm status for future improvement, for participation in the Sustainable Farming Incentive, and for adopting regenerative practices and safeguarding the environment. He will also discuss the importance of best-practice sampling procedures for reliable results, as well as understanding the limitations of analysis.
