Courier services: NRM Customers Only

We are currently experiencing technical issues with the courier webpage. If you require a courier service, please email the questions below to courier@nrm.uk.com and we will organise a collection:

1. Date you would like the samples collected? (after 1200 samples cannot be collected the same day)
2. How many samples and what sample type are they?
3. Are these samples derived from any animal by-product?
4. Client code
5. PO (for courier/analysis if required):
6. Collection address
7. Contact name
8. Contact telephone number
9. Email Address for TNT Label and Manifest.
10. What are the opening times for the collection address? (must be minimum 4 hour window)
11. How many packages will the samples be within? (very important this is accurate as we may be looking for something that was never there)
12. Where on the collection site will the package be left? (please make sure they are in a very clear and easily accessible place)
