The Cawood leadership team combines a wealth of experience with an ambitious, innovative approach to take Cawood through the next phase of growth.

Managing Director
Julian joined Cawood’s leadership team in January 2023. He has nearly two decades’ experience in food and agriculture, including at Cawood’s parent company, EBI, as Envirologix’s Vice President of Marketing and Customer Engagement. Julian is responsible for Cawood’s vision, implementing strategic initiatives, and leading and supporting the teams in delivering value-added services through customer-informed innovation.
Julian has recently relocated to the UK with his wife, son, and Hungarian Vizsla dog. He is an avid boxer and Brazilian jujitsu practitioner.

Director of Finance
Benjamin joined Cawood/Envirologix UK & Ireland in November 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of financial experience gained in industry, public accounting and investment banking. His role involves delivering financial insights and ensuring resources are effectively allocated to support the business’ growth and profitability. He also leads the Finance team, with responsibility across planning, statutory reporting and transactional services.
Benjamin is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, United States history and following Derby County FC.

Director of Compliance
Claire works right across the Cawood group to ensure compliance in health, safety, the environment and quality, as well as managing innovation projects to develop our service offering. She joined the business in December 2020 following almost 20 years in contract laboratory testing. With an MSc in quality management, Claire focuses on continuous improvement and attention to detail to deliver a better experience for our customers. She lives in Sheffield with her adopted daughter.

Strategic Accounts Director
Sean is a long-standing member of the Cawood team, having joined the business straight from university. He focuses on understanding the challenges our customers face and leading the relationship management and growth of our key strategic accounts across Soil and Animal Health. Sean lives in Hampshire and is married with three children.

Director of Product
Felicity joined the business in October 2024 and has over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, product management, and product development from a variety of roles within the agricultural industry. Earlier in her career, Felicity held research positions both at the bench and in the field and has been a Cawood customer. This perspective is invaluable in her role, which focuses on strategic development of the Soil & Animal Health and Environmental Health product portfolios, to ensure that Cawood delivers exceptional long-term value for customers and shareholders.
Based in Wiltshire, Felicity can often be found on her bike or running canicross with her dog.

EBOS Leader
Siobhan joined IAS Laboratories in 2022 as Operations Manager, and was swiftly promoted to General Manager, bringing extensive experience in analytical services, quality control, and client relations. She has now joined the UK & Ireland leadership team as EBOS Leader, where she leads the delivery of our operational strategy across the business. Using structured performance routines, visual management, continuous improvement, and problem-solving practices, she will help embed a focused, value-driven way of working across the business.
Based in Wicklow, Ireland, Siobhan enjoys an active lifestyle alongside her husband and their dog, Samson. Outside of work, you’ll often find her outdoors hiking, running, or biking through the beautiful Irish landscapes.

Head of HR, Cawood Agriculture
Natalie joined Cawood’s leadership team in April 2023 as Head of HR for Agriculture. She is responsible for looking after all HR and people-related aspects of Agriculture’s employee lifecycle, from recruitment and engagement to learning and development. With a Master’s in Human Resource Management and years of experience at science-led companies, Natalie is focused on making impactful changes within the group to support our teams. Natalie lives in Maidenhead with her partner and four-year-old son. She is passionate about crossfit and charity fitness events.
