Please note that a courier service is not available on weekends or bank holidays. If you request a collection on these dates, you may receive a confirmation email, but the collection will NOT go through to the courier company. Please do not book for these times.

Please note bookings for same day collections must be made before 12 noon. Any collections booked after this point will be transferred to the next working day. This cut-off time may be earlier in some cases depending on location so please check with us if you are unsure.
