NRM closed Wednesday 26th August

NRM will be closed on Wednesday 26^th August due to a planned power shutdown in the area the Bracknell site is located, which is required to facilitate an external power upgrade.

Our teams will be working until 8:15am on Wednesday 26^th August. After this time, there will be no analysis being performed or Customer Services support available for the remainder of the day.

During the closure, the following services will be unavailable:

• Sample receipt and processing
• Customer services support
• General laboratory enquiries
• Kit requests

Courier requests will still be available here (samples incoming to NRM Bracknell only from mainland UK and Northern Ireland). For any other courier requests, please email courier@nrm.uk.com and the Customer Services team will respond on their return the next day.

Normal operations will resume on Thursday 27^th August.
